Having worked in a variety of Accounting and Financial Services firms at the senior level in Australia and Asia, Philip has developed a keen interest in the area of business management and governance.
These have been developed working in Financial Restructuring, Corporate Governance, Risk Assessments and Company Secretarial work. He has held executive positions in ASX listed corporations and advisory groups.
Philip specialises in Management and Boardroom Governance, particularly the difficult and more complex matters. Clients range from international and Australian Listed entities, large private companies, Not for Profits in a variety of sectors and industries.
He is a frequent guest speaker to industry on development, control and assessment practices including governance procedures for management and Boards. This area includes training in aspects and support for directors and company secretaries of practical governance and business solutions.
He is currently a director of a variety of companies, for Profit and Not for Profit.
